Consignments should be packed and strapped to a secure pallet ready for dispatch either individually or consolidated and submitted to our courier on collection along with all relevant paperwork.
Door to Door is the service where 2010 distribution will collect direct from your door and deliver your consignment direct to the client at its final destination delivery address.
The customary freight security regulations apply for all transportation. We certify you as the known sender and we also inspect the consignments in a systematic security check on collection. Commercial invoices may be required dependant od destination.

2010 distribution can provide regular updates on the progress of your consignment throughout the journey where our customer service team will feed back the information via email or telephone. A tracker number will be provided by the customer service team if required.
Insurance must be covered by the sender as 2010 distribution is not responsible for each individual consignment.
